How to Marinate
Step 1:
Marinate chicken with Agak Agak Nyonya Ayam Rempah Paste for at least 3 hours or overnight for better taste.
Ways to Cook
Fry: Fully coat marinated chicken well with rice flour. Gently shake off the loose flour from the chicken. Let coated chicken sit for 5 - 10 minutes.
Recommend to double fry the chicken. Fry for 5 minutes on medium heat, take it out from the oil to cool it down slightly, then fry for another 3 minutes. Adjust the time according to the size of the chicken.
Grill/Pan Fry: Grill/ Pan Fry chicken pieces on medium heat till golden brown.
Air Fry: For a healthier option, use chicken tenders. Fry marinated chicken tenders in an air fryer.
Preheat the air fryer at 180°C. Air fry one side for 5 minutes, flip it over and air fry for another 6 minutes.
