Are there any preservatives, artificial flavouring and colourings in Agak Agak Nyonya products?
No, there are no preservatives, artificial flavourings and colourings in our products.
Is there any added corn starch in Agak Agak Nyonya pastes?
No, they are all 100% paste, with no added corn starch.
Do your products contain any food allergens?
Yes, some of our products contain ingredients such as fish and shrimp and all our products are processed in a facility which processes nuts, seeds, dairy, wheat, fish, shrimp and other allergens. While we take steps to minimise the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg, wheat, fish, shrimp or other allergies.
How long can Agak Agak Nyonya pastes be stored once opened or unopened?
Our products do not contain any additives or preservatives. All Agak Agak Nyonya pastes are vacuum packed and retorted to last for 1 year if unopened. All unopened pastes need to be stored in a refrigerator or a cool dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
Once opened, products need to be kept in the refrigerator and to be consumed within 1 week.
Can I store the pastes in the freezer instead?
Of course! This would be ideal for pastes that have been opened. You can then keep the opened pastes for at least a week.

How can I place an order?

Step 1: Log in to your account.
Step 2: Select the products that you would like to purchase and add to cart.
Step 3: View your cart and click "Checkout".
Step 4: Key in your delivery details.
Step 5: Select preferred shipping method.
Step 6: Choose your payment method, and check your order details before clicking "Place Order Now". By order confirmation, it will be deemed that the Terms and Conditions are understood and accepted as applying to your order.
Step 7: Make payment.
Step 8: Wait for the Agak Agak job to be done for you and the pastes to be sent to your doorstep so you can whip up excellent Nyonya dishes that you can call yours!
Upon placing an order, it will be deemed that the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are understood and accepted as applying to your order.
How am I sure my order is placed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed successfully.
Do I need an account before I order?
Not necessary.
Can I amend my order?
Yes, you can contact us to amend your order.
Can I cancel my order? Will I be able to get a refund upon cancellation of my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is made.
My early order has been cancelled, why?
Your order will be cancelled if you do not complete the payment within 7 calendar days. Kindly contact us if you would like to restore your order.

How can I pay for my purchase?
We are working on including more payment gateways. At the moment there are 2 methods:-

- After successful payment, a confirmation email and your invoice will be delivered to your email. Kindly print a copy of the payment receipt for your record and future reference.
2. Maybank QR Payment

- Display the QR Code on another device.
- Scan the QR code using your mobile phone and enter the Total Amount.
- Once payment is made, please reply to the order submission email with your QR Payment Reference No. or you may submit your QR Payment Reference No. via your Agak Agak Nyonya account.
- After successful payment, a confirmation email and your invoice will be delivered to your email. Kindly print a copy of the payment receipt for your record and future reference.

How long does it take for delivery?
All pastes are made to order. We will process and ship out your order within 3 business days once payment is completed. Customer may use the tracking information given via email to check the precise delivery day. Standard delivery is usually within 2-3 business days depending on the courier company.
Please keep in mind that there might be delays during peak season (i.e. public holiday, festive season, sales season etc).
We do provide Express Same Day Delivery to selected areas. Please contact us at agakagaknyonya@gmail.com for more details.
How much is the delivery fee?
We offer an affordable flat rate of RM 10 for all standard shipping within West Malaysia, which is inclusive of logistics fee, packaging, handling fee, and tax.

Can I choose a specific date and time for delivery?
All deliveries will be done by the courier company, customers are not able to choose a specific date and time for delivery.
Shipment tracking information will be given via email once your order is ready to ship. You may use the link given to track your shipment status.
How can I check the shipment status?
You will receive the tracking information via email once your order is fulfilled. You can use the information given to track your shipment.
I missed the delivery, what should I do now?
If there is no one at the address at the time of delivery, a Delivery Note or message will be left behind for the customer to call back. Customer can communicate with the courier company for second attempt of the shipment or pick up at the nearest branch.
Do you provide self-collection service?
Yes, you may select "Pick-Up" upon checkout to opt for self-collection from Agak Agak Nyonya Address.
The item was damaged during shipment, can you replace it?
We are not responsible for any damages done during shipment. However, we will help on your process for refund claims with the courier in charge. Depending on the respected courier company, refund may or may not occur.
