Yes, some of our products contain ingredients such as fish and shrimp and all our products are processed in a facility which processes nuts, seeds, dairy, wheat, fish, shrimp and other allergens. While we take steps to minimise the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg, wheat, fish, shrimp or other allergies.
Our products do not contain any additives or preservatives. All Agak Agak Nyonya pastes are vacuum packed and retorted to last for 1 year if unopened.
All unopened pastes need to be stored in a refrigerator or a cool dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
Once opened, products need to be kept in the refrigerator and to be consumed within 1 week.
