Prices
Our prices are based upon our high standard of work and quality of ingredients used. All prices are non-negotiable. Payment secures the listed prices and prevents any further price increases, except in the exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as but not limited to increase in ingredients price and increase in fuel prices.

Order
To place an order, follow the instructions on the ordering pages of the website. You are able to amend or correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on the “Place Order Now” button on the "Payment Method" page.

You must provide the requested information for us to process your order. We reserve the rights to request further information from you at any time to enable us to complete your order and/or to comply with regulatory requirements. By placing an order, you confirm that the details contained in the order are correct in all respects. We will use various procedures to authenticate each transaction.

A contract between you and us is formed when we receive your confirmation order and send you a confirmation email that your order has been accepted. Please print a copy of the confirmation page for your records. We may, at any time, decline to process your order or any part of your order for any reason including where insufficient or incorrect information has been provided, authentication has not been possible or an exchange rate has been quoted in error.

You will be required to choose your payment method at the time of online ordering. Payment is required upon placing an order. Cash on delivery is not accepted. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with order summary and an invoice.

Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is made.

Goods
All illustrations and descriptions displayed on agakagaknyonya.com website or distributed by email or in any other way are for guidance purposes only and will not form part of the contract. In all cases we will try to contact you to advise you of any such changes, however Komunal Solutions reserves the right to replace these items of equal or better quality without consultation. We reserve the right to make alterations to the design, appearance and technical specifications of our products from time to time and at such time or at any other times, to make alterations to our advertised information concerning such Goods, without notice.

Allergies and Special Dietary Requirements
Some of our products contain ingredients such as fish and shrimp and all our products are processed in a facility which processes nuts, seeds, dairy, wheat, fish, shrimp and other allergens. While we take steps to minimise the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg, wheat, fish, shrimp or other allergies.

Storage and Consumption
Our products do not contain any additives or preservatives. We are therefore unable to provide a guarantee as to the products will have the exact same taste and appearance for every batch. We are also unable to make a guarantee as to the length of time for which the products will remain fit for consumption. We do however recommend our products are best consumed within 1 month from delivery but they can be stored up to 3 months unopened. All unopened products need to be stored in a refrigerator or a cool dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight. Refrigerate it for best freshness. Once opened, products need to be kept in the refrigerator and to be consumed within 3 days. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep the products in the manner prescribed by us.

Delivery Conditions
Our products are to be delivered to you at a requested address. We deliver within Malaysia. It is essential that during delivery, someone is available to receive the products. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for any second attempt of shipment.
Komunal Solutions would not be held liable for any damage that is rendered to our products at the advised destination once the products has been delivered. We require the person receiving the products to check that they receive the products in good condition upon delivery. If product is found damaged upon receiving, customer should not accept the parcel and immediately return to the courier representative. Once the products have been delivered and signed for, Komunal Solutions is unable to accept any liability neither for any damage sustained to the products thereafter nor for any failure to follow the instructions provided.

Force Majeure
Neither we, nor any courier service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control including but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever.

Complaints
We take all complaints very seriously. If you experience any problems with our products, complaints must be made within [7] calendar days upon receiving the products and we will then launch an investigation.

Refunds
Only wrong, damaged or spoiled product which was delivered is eligible for a full refund. Customer must inform us within [7] days of receiving the product with customer's name, order number, product and reason for return which is wrongly delivered, damaged or either spoiled. A picture of the product received to justify the reason needs to be included. We do not provide refunds for any other reason other than those stated above.

We will investigate and notify the customer on the status of the refund after investigating. If the refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to the customer. All refunds will be credited to the customer's bank account. Refunds to credit card or cash are not available.
Damaged product during shipment

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Complaints
We take complaint and feedback very seriously. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refunds
If there has been an error by Agak Agak Nyonya whereby a wrong, damaged or spoiled product was delivered, we will provide you with a full refund on the product. Drop us an email within 7 days of receiving your product with your name, product number and reason for return (wrong product / damaged / spoiled). Please state the reason for your return as your email subject and do also include a picture of the product received.

We do not provide refunds for any other reason other than those stated above.

The maximum refund offered is the value of the product. Further compensation is not available. We ask for patience with factors that may be beyond our control (e.g. traffic conditions etc.) as we cannot be held liable for any such delays.

Damaged item during shipment
The customer is responsible to check that they receive the products in good conditions upon delivery. If the product is found damaged upon receiving, customers should immediately inform our support team at agakagaknyonya@gmail.com.

Is there any added corn starch in Agak Agak Nyonya pastes?

No, they are all 100% paste, with no added corn starch.
Are there any preservatives, artificial flavouring and colourings in Agak Agak Nyonya products?

No, there are no preservatives, artificial flavourings and colourings in our products.
Can I store the pastes in the freezer instead?

Of course! This would be ideal for pastes that have been opened. You can then keep the opened pastes for at least a week.
How long can Agak-Agak Nyonya pastes be stored once opened or unopened?

Our products do not contain any additives or preservatives. All Agak Agak Nyonya pastes are vacuum packed and retorted to last for 1 year if unopened. All unopened pastes need to be stored in a refrigerator or a cool dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight. Once opened, products need to be kept in the refrigerator and to be consumed within 1 week.
Do your products contain any food allergens?

I missed the delivery, what should I do now?

If there is no one at the address at the time of delivery, a Delivery Note or message will be left behind for the customer to call back. Customer can communicate with the courier company for second attempt of the shipment or pick up at the nearest branch.
How long does it take for delivery?

All pastes are made to order. We will process and ship out your order within 3 business days once payment is completed. Customer may use the tracking information given via email to check the precise delivery day. Standard delivery is usually within 2-3 business days depending on the courier company. Please keep in mind that there might be delays during peak season (i.e. public holiday, festive season, sales season etc). We do provide Express Same Day Delivery to selected areas. Please contact us for more details.
How can I check the shipment status?

You will receive the tracking information via email once your order is fulfilled. You can use the information given to track your shipment. However, if you have an account with us, you will also be able to track your shipping status in "My Orders."
The item was damaged during shipment, can you replace it?

We are not responsible for any damages done during shipment. However, we will help you on the process for refund claims with the courier in charge. Depending on the respected courier company, refund may or may not occur. You may also refer to our Refund Policy.
How much is the delivery fee?

We offer an affordable flat rate of RM 10 for all standard shipping within West Malaysia, which is inclusive of logistics fee, packaging, handling fee, and tax. For shipping to East Malaysia and other parts of the world, please contact us for more details.
Can I choose a specific date and time for delivery?

All deliveries will be done by the courier company, customers are not able to choose a specific date and time for delivery. Shipment tracking information will be given via email once your order is ready to ship. You may use the link given to track your shipment status. For urgent deliveries, please contact us to arrange a different method of delivery. All costs will be at your expense.
Do you provide self-collection service?

Yes, you may select "Pick-Up" upon checkout to opt for self-collection from Agak Agak Nyonya Address.

Step 8: Wait for the Agak Agak job to be done for you and the pastes to be sent to your doorstep so you can whip up excellent Nyonya dishes that you can call yours! Upon placing an order, it will be deemed that the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are understood and accepted as applying to your order.
Do I need an account before I order?

Not necessary as you can Continue As Guest! But.. we hope you do create an account to manage your orders, wishlist and points (in the near future).
