A classic dish, our Nyonya Chilli Garam paste brings you the unique Peranakan culinary flavour. Cook it with fish or for vegan option, swap with fried tempeh, brinjal or tofu. The addictive sambal will leave you craving for more!

🧅🧄🌶️ Ingredients/ Prep:
1 Medium-sized fish (250-300g). The best type of fishes for this are Mackarel, Pomfret, Threadfin, and Snapper.
Agak-Agak Nyonya Cili Garam Paste (1 x 100g)
🍳 Cooking Instructions:
Fry fish/tempeh till golden brown.
Heat up Agak Agak Nyonya Cili Garam Paste in a wok.
Add fried fish into wok, coating the fried fish well with the paste.
Cook until the paste turns a darker shade of red!
🍚 Best served with rice!
