With our Nyonya Pongteh Paste, you can now enjoy a classic Malacca Peranakan recipe at home! It’s so easy to cook, just add chicken and potatoes to the paste and get ready to savour its authentic taste. Also suitable for Vegan dishes.

Serves: 4 Servings

Cooking Time: 15 - 20 Mins

🧅🧄🌶️ Ingredients / Prep:

  • 500g of chicken, cut into small pieces

  • 2 potatoes, quartered

  • 2 dried shiitake mushroom, soaked and halved

  • 300ml water

  • Agak-Agak Nyonya Pongteh Paste (1 x 100g)

 🍳 Cooking Instructions:

  • Saute Agak-Agak Nyonya Pongteh Paste with the above ingredients for 5 minutes.

  • Add 300ml water, simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat.

  • Stir until the chicken, potato and mushroom are well cooked.

🍚 Best served with rice!
