With our Nyonya Pongteh Paste, you can now enjoy a classic Malacca Peranakan recipe at home! It’s so easy to cook, just add chicken and potatoes to the paste and get ready to savour its authentic taste. Also suitable for Vegan dishes.
Serves: 4 Servings
Cooking Time: 15 - 20 Mins
🧅🧄🌶️ Ingredients / Prep:
500g of chicken, cut into small pieces
2 potatoes, quartered
2 dried shiitake mushroom, soaked and halved
300ml water
Agak-Agak Nyonya Pongteh Paste (1 x 100g)
🍳 Cooking Instructions:
Saute Agak-Agak Nyonya Pongteh Paste with the above ingredients for 5 minutes.
Add 300ml water, simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat.
Stir until the chicken, potato and mushroom are well cooked.
🍚 Best served with rice!

Kini anda boleh menikmati resipi klasik Peranakan Melaka di rumah tanpa agak-agak! Hanya tambahkan ayam dan kentang bersama Pes Pongteh, hidangan menjadi mudah dan pasti. Juga sesuai untuk hidangan Vegan.

🧅🧄🌶️ Bahan-bahan Ramuan / Cara Penyediaan:
500g ayam dipotong kecil
2 biji kentang dibelah empat
2 biji cendawan shiitake kering, direndam dan dibelah dua
300ml air
Pes Pongteh Agak-Agak Nyonya (1 x 100g)
🍳 Cara Memasak:
Tumis Pes Pongteh Agak-Agak Nyonya bersama bahan-bahan di atas selama 5 minit.
Masukkan 300ml air, reneh selama 15 minit dengan api sederhana.
Kacau sehingga ayam, kentang dan cendawan masak sepenuhnya.
🍚 Enak dihidang panas bersama nasi!
